Terms & Conditions

Weekly club sessions are priced per session and to be paid in advance on a term by term basis outlined in the invoice sent by WWRYP.

I understand sessions are booked and charged on a term by term basis. Cancellations for dates within a term will not be refunded and the child's place will be held and automatically added to each following term unless the project is notified by parent within 2 weeks notice at the end of each term that their child will not continue the sessions.

If my child is unwell or contagious I will not allow them to attend the club.

If a student consistently displays unacceptable behaviour, the tutor and/or WWRYP reserve the right to withdraw the student’s place in the group. No refunds will be issued once the term has begun. Parents/guardians will be informed of any behavioural concerns prior to any action being taken.
